1. Do I need an appointment to visit the store?
Appointments are not required, but they are highly recommended to provide you with the best experience. We gladly accept walk-ins; however, scheduled appointments have priority, so wait times may vary depending on availability.

2. Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. Please note that guests with appointments are given priority service.
3. How many dresses can I try on during my visit?
Each quinceañera may try on up to 4 dresses per appointment, allowing us to focus on quality and personalized styling.
4. How long does an appointment last?
Appointments typically last between 40 to 60 minutes, giving you dedicated time to explore styles and find your perfect dress.
5. Can I bring guests with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring guests. We recommend keeping your group small for a more comfortable and special experience.
6. What should I bring to my appointment?
We suggest bringing shoes with a similar heel height to what you plan to wear, along with any inspiration or ideas you have.
7. Do you carry different styles and designers?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of exclusive designer dresses to match every style and personality.
8. Do you offer accessories to complete the look?
Yes, we offer individual accessories as well as complete packages for your celebration.
9. What is included in the accessory packages?
We offer a 7-piece accessory set that includes: Photo Album, Signing Book, Small Pillow, Large Pillow, Cake Cutting Set, Money Box, and Bible.
10. How far in advance should I purchase my dress?
We recommend ordering your dress at least 8 months in advance. If that’s not possible, please keep in mind that some designers may take 5 to 6 months for delivery, plus additional time for alterations.
11. Do you offer alterations?
To help you achieve the perfect fit, we work with an experienced alterations specialist who assists our clients when needed. Alteration services are available upon request.
